GALAXY Vacuum Tables
When bulky materials must be compressed for efficient cutting, or when slippery fabrics must be secured for accurate cutting, Unicraft's GALAXY Vacuum Tables do the job easily and economically. GALAXY Vacuum Tables are ideal for use with Servo Cutters and with automatic cutting. GALAXY's regenerative blowers are reversible, allowing the same tables to also be used for moderate air flotation of spreads.
GALAXY Vacuum Tables feature:
TABLETOPS - Top surface consists of high quality extremely durable hardboard panels made of Eucalyptus fibers. Table core is a 50 lb/ft3 density board. The lower edges of tops are beveled to facilitate a precise fit with the frame. Air plenums are made of ¼" hard plastic and sealed with silicon gel.
FRAME - Heaviest standard frame in the industry. Every piece of frame consists of cold drawn 12 gauge steel. Legs and crossbraces are a 1-½" deep channel for increased strength. Center legs are provided for all tables 72" and wider. A choice of steel or wood end closure is available.
VACUUM SYSTEM - Consists of 3 HP regenerative air blower, plenums, ducts, hoses and piping pre-cut to size, and all fittings and accessories needed for assembly.
Technical Specifications: This system is capable of producing up to 90" H2O vacuum pressure @ 50 CFM. The vacuum system comes as a totally complete package, ready for in-plant assembly.
